Programs
A fertilizer and weed control program is designed to enhance the growth of plants while minimizing the presence of unwanted weeds. This program typically involves the application of fertilizers that provide essential nutrients, such as nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium, to promote healthy plant development.
Simultaneously, weed control measures are implemented to prevent or eliminate the growth of weeds that compete for nutrients, water, and light. This can include pre-emergent herbicides, applied before weeds germinate, or post-emergent herbicides, used to manage actively growing weeds.
By combining fertilization with effective weed management, the program ensures that desired plants thrive, leading to a healthier and more productive landscape or garden. Regular monitoring and adjustment of the program are essential to adapt to changing conditions and ensure optimal results.
Prices for all services are based on the size of the lawn. Once an evaluation of the lawn is preformed, we can provide a quote for all recommended services

Early spring fertilizers with crabgrass pre-emergent are designed to provide essential nutrients to lawns while preventing the germination of crabgrass seeds. The pre-emergent component works by creating a chemical barrier in the soil that inhibits the development of crabgrass before it can sprout. In early Spring, the temperatures are still pretty cool. This may reduce the effectiveness of the weed control. As the soil temperatures rise, you will see more weeds germinate. This is perfectly normal. If you see weeds pop up a few weeks after service, simply call or email us for a respray.
A slow-release summer fertilizer gradually provides essential nutrients to plants over a longer time. Unlike regular fertilizers that release nutrients quickly, slow-release fertilizers break down at a steady rate, allowing plants to absorb nutrients consistently without over-fertilizing. These fertilizers usually contain nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, and micronutrients for healthy growth in summer. The slow-release feature helps maintain soil health, boosts plant strength, and lessens the need for frequent applications.
Fall fertilizer plays a crucial role in supporting plants during the late season. By promoting root growth and enhancing hardiness, it prepares them for the challenges of winter. This type of fertilizer is typically higher in phosphorus and potassium, which are essential nutrients that strengthen plant structures and improve resilience. The application of fall fertilizer ensures that the lawn not only survive the winter months but also thrive when spring arrives. Using the right formulation can significantly contribute to the overall health and vigor of your garden or landscape.

Yard Pest Control Program
A Yard Pest control program is a comprehensive approach designed to minimize the presence of Mosquitos, fleas, ticks and other pests in residential and commercial outdoor areas. Such a program typically includes the following components:
Assessment:
The first step involves a thorough inspection of the property to identify breeding grounds and areas where mosquitoes, fleas, and ticks are prevalent. This assessment helps in creating a targeted control plan.
Preventive Measures:
Implementing preventive strategies is crucial. This may include removing standing water to reduce mosquito breeding sites, maintaining lawn and garden health to deter pests, and advising on the importance of regular yard maintenance.
Treatment Applications:
We will apply an insectide spray on the lawn to kill and repel insects. These applications should be preformed every 3-4 weeks to acheive the best results. We can apply a synethic product which will yield the best results. For clients who have concerns with the use of chemicals, we can offer an all natural product which consits of natural oils.
We recommend a 3-5 application program to get the best results. The more applications you do, the more you control the insect population. By integrating these elements, a mosquito, flea, and tick control program aims to create a more comfortable and pest-free outdoor environment.

Aeration-
Core aeration is a lawn care process that involves creating small holes in the soil to improve its health and vitality. During aeration, a machine removes small plugs, or cores, of soil from the lawn. This helps to alleviate soil compaction, allowing air, water, and nutrients to penetrate deeper into the soil. Enhanced airflow promotes root growth, improves drainage, and encourages a healthier lawn. Aeration is typically done during the growing season, either in spring or fall, depending on the grass type. Regular core aeration can lead to a thicker, greener lawn over time.
Aeration with overseeding-
After aeration, applying seed to your lawn can significantly enhance its health and appearance. After the aeration process, we evenly distribute the seed over the lawn, ensuring good coverage. Water the newly seeded area gently but thoroughly, ensuring the top inch of soil remains consistently moist until the seeds germinate. Avoid heavy traffic on the lawn during this time to allow the grass to establish itself. Over the next few weeks, monitor the moisture levels and continue to water as needed. Regular maintenance, including mowing at the appropriate height once the grass reaches the recommended length, will encourage robust growth. After seeding a lawn you should water it lightly but frequently. Twice a day for 5 mins per zone is best.
Grub prevention application-
This involves the use of specific insecticides to deter or eliminate grubs, which are the larvae of various beetle species. These pests can cause significant damage to lawns, gardens, and landscaping by feeding on the roots of grass and plants. Proper application timing, along with adequate soil moisture, enhances the effectiveness of grub prevention products. Regular monitoring of lawn health and resident pest populations can help manage grub issues effectively, ensuring a healthy landscape
Lime application -
This involves spreading lime on the soil to adjust its pH levels. Most grasses thrive in slightly acidic to neutral soil. If the soil is too acidic, it can hinder grass growth and nutrient availability. By applying lime, you can raise the pH and improve soil health, leading to a greener, healthier lawn. Regular applications can help maintain optimal soil conditions for healthy grass growth. Balancing a lawns PH level will help reduce weed growth and improve the lawns color. We can offer a soil test to see where the soil PH levels are to make sure we get the best results.
